The debut full-length by the Danish death-metallers Phrenelith. Featuring veterans of the Danish scene, including David Torturdød (Undergang, Sequestrum, Hyperdontia, etc.) and (as of the time of this album) Tuna on drums (Sulphurous, Hyperdontia, etc.), these guys clearly knew what they were setting out to do, and pulled it off expertly. Huge, cavernous soundscapes filled with menacing tremolo riffs and punishing mid-paced drumming, the title of this album is apt and sums up the atmosphere perfectly.
